About the Role
Duties:
- Department: Premium and High networth credit card; Role is doing support and marketing related duties. loyalty marketing/credit card marketing/events works/sales support work will be relevant.
- VI Limo portal checks (eg spending in the last calendar month, CVP entitlement utilization and CPortal verification)
- Benefits booking fulfilment (eg gym access, upcoming padel and pickleball bookings)
- World Mastercard limo request checks (based on spending in the last quarter)
- Handling RM/CSO enquiries
- World Mastercard golf tournament participation checks and responses
- Priority Pass checks and issuance for generic VI ad private clients
- Birthday fulfilment for top spenders
- Metal card onboarding fulfilment
- World Mastercard monthly 10X communications (EDM and Facebook)
- Invoice checks, processing and tracking (eg limo services X 2, Priority Pass)
