The role includes:
Meal prepPreparing nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks appropriate for individual needs including consistency levels for swallowingDeputising in the absence of the Chef ManagerCooking for approximately 50+ people per dayCatering for staff meals, and additional catering requirements for guests, visitors and relatives of residents
