About the Role
Job Responsibilities:
- Support smooth day-to-day operations (opening/closing, taking orders, cleaning, etc.)
- Complete daily pre-opening duties
- Handle cashiering and beverage service
- Be knowledgeable about all menu items, recipes, drinks, and preparation times
- Address guest feedback/complaints and escalation when necessary
- Maintain personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance
- Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation
- Address customers' queries on different types of beverages
- Recommend coffee-based beverages, teas and pastries to customers
- Build good rapport with customers to improve customers' experience
- Help maintain the ambience and guest experience
