About the Role

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support smooth day-to-day operations (opening/closing, taking orders, cleaning, etc.)
  • Complete daily pre-opening duties
  • Handle cashiering and beverage service
  • Be knowledgeable about all menu items, recipes, drinks, and preparation times
  • Address guest feedback/complaints and escalation when necessary
  • Maintain personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance
  • Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation
  • Address customers' queries on different types of beverages
  • Recommend coffee-based beverages, teas and pastries to customers
  • Build good rapport with customers to improve customers' experience
  • Help maintain the ambience and guest experience
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the manager
