About the Role

At least four years previous experience specifically working in a bakery or pastry role, ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds, strong organization skills, cake decorating, weights and measures, bread baking, ability to multi task and show flexibility during high volume periods, ability to interact with guests and fellow coworkers and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include; The total preparation of cakes and/or breads, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, keeping sanitation and safety as the highest priority, preparing items according to proper recipe and portion size, interacting with guests in a professional, friendly and courteous manner and always striving for total guest satisfaction.
