Baker

Job Title: *2nd Baker*
Compensation & Perks:   $15/hr + tips, PTO, Meal Stipend, Monthly Pay Stipend, 30 Minute Breaks
Role: Bake bagels, bialys, applethings, muffins, cookies & more. Bake shift transitions to dough bench, mixing and shaping dough and other bakery-oriented tasks. May include general prep as well as some support on sandwich station, dish, and FOH as needed. 

Position Info: We are seeking a full time *2nd Baker*, ~36-40 hours a week, 4d/wk; Hours for 2nd Baker are typically 5AM-2PM but baker hours range from 3:30AM-12:30PM, 4AM-1PM, 5AM-2PM depending on the shift and the business' needs. Flexibility around hours and days is necessary. At the moment, opening/1st Baker shifts are scheduled from 4AM-1PM.
We have two *2nd Bakers* and they are scheduled either Sun-Tue/Th or Wednesday through Saturday from 5am-2pm. 2nd Bakers will be trained on the bagel bake at 4am in the event that the...
