About the Role

Job description: 1. Prepare, bake and present all baked items effectively, meeting the company operation manual and gold standards. 2. Produce bread / buns on schedule. 3. Practice good housekeeping & workplace / kitchen safety awareness. 4. Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply. 5. All other ad-hoc duties given by Supervisor. 6 days per week. Official working hours from 6.30am to 5.30pm. Entitled one (1) hour of meal break. Working location - near bugis Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a range of breads, pastries, and other baked items Follow established recipes and maintain a high standard of quality and hygiene Monitor ingredient levels and assist with stock rotation Work within a set schedule to ensure timely product availability Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment Support the team in day-to-day tasks as needed Requirements: Working 6 days a week.
