About the Role

**Responsibilities:**

**● Support & Troubleshooting:**

**○ Respond to incoming phone chats, pings, and tickets promptly and professionally, adhering to established program policies and SOPs.**

**○ Perform initial troubleshooting of access issues, including enabling disabled badges and resolving door reader problems, following documented procedures.**

**○ Add non-restricted clearances to Ccure profiles.**

**○ Logistics and shipment of badges**

**○ Operating Fargo Printers Level 1 triage and troubleshooting**

**● Ticket Management:**

**○ Process various access-related tickets, including:**

**■ Badge activation (new hire and other)**

**■ Badge deactivation**

**■ Building Access System (BAS) extension requests**

**■ Non-Moma activation and extension requests**
