About the Role

Role Overview  We are seeking a Backend Engineer to design and build scalable, high-performance systems. You will work on core infrastructure, APIs, and distributed services that power critical business functions. 
Key Responsibilities  Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go or Java  
Build scalable, low-latency, and high-availability systems 
Develop and optimize RESTful / gRPC APIs 
Work with distributed systems, messaging queues, and databases 
Collaborate with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams 
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues 
Requirements  2–5+ years of backend development experience 
Strong proficiency in Go or Java  
Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture 
Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.)
