  • Oversee and improve back-office functions, including administration, HR, accounting, legal, and procurement
  • Provide reporting and decision-making support to the management team
  • Manage and optimize internal approval workflows and authorization processes
  • Handle escalations from various departments and drive issue resolution
  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal policies and compliance standards
  • Manage HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, performance review processes
  • Oversee vendor management, contract review, and renewal procedures
  • Establish and streamline operational processes in a startup-like environment
  • Communicate and coordinate with HQ in Japan or other global offices Collaborate with the finance/accounting team on invoice management and budget tracking
