Back Office Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support the day-to-day operational activities of our stock broking business. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of capital market operations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and maintain client account opening documentation (KYC, Demat & Trading Accounts). Verify client documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Handle trade confirmations, contract notes, and settlement-related activities. Process pay-in/pay-out transactions and coordinate with the finance team. Monitor DP transactions, pledge/unpledge requests, and off-market transfers. Coordinate with exchanges, depositories, and internal departments for smooth operations.
