Bachelor Internship: Data Analytics and CRM Intern

Job description

For our Global Connected Services department, we are looking for an intern who will assist with couple of tasks.

As an intern, you will be responsible for improving the current Customer Relationship Management ticketing system (CRM 365 Support Center) and build a visualization dashboard based on the information on CRM. These tasks will consist of understanding how to implement certain automation tasks and to put in place a dashboard data model that merges CRM tickets information.

You will work closely with:

Functional and Technical Application Managers that handle tickets

Business developers who will contribute with the requirements of an informative dashboard

AI Tools to facilitate research and implementation

Private customer information

Your main goals will be to create a near real time or weekly updated dashboard based on the requirements which will be given or already available on CRM ...
