B2B Marketing & Sales Manager (Remote – Singapore Based)

FLOW is a premier manufacturing partner specializing in complex luxury packaging and POSM products for global spirits and cosmetics brands. We are seeking an autonomous, remote, Part-Time B2B Marketing & Sales Manager (15-20 hours/week) based in Singapore.

Operating with day-to-day strategic decision-making authority, you will drive our online growth via LinkedIn, Instagram, and a brand-new website built from scratch. Key tasks include premium copywriting, social selling, managing graphic designers, and generating high-value B2B leads that advance to production. Hands-on graphic design skills and experience in luxury industries or packaging awards are strong advantages.
