B2 Aircraft Technician

Job Purpose

Responsible in performing elementary work, and maintenance tasks on aircraft avionics systems and components in accordance with the approved maintenance program and using technical data including, technical manuals and drawings. Tasks include assisting LAE in scheduled / unscheduled maintenance including line / base maintenance checks, removal / installation of avionics system components, carrying out troubleshooting and defect rectification of aircraft systems, modifications, etc under the supervision of the LAE.

Responsibilities

• Assist to test and troubleshoot aircraft systems, components, and assemblies, using test equipment’s.
• Adjust, repair, or replace malfunctioning components or assemblies, using hand tools or soldering irons. Adjust and rig aircraft system, sub systems, components to ensure optimal performance.
