B-BBEE Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced BBBEE Consultant to help clients navigate B-BBEE legislation, improve their compliance scores, and drive transformation initiatives. You’ll play a key role in analysing B-BBEE scorecards, preparing for verification, and advising on strategic transformation plans across all elements of the Codes of Good Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on B-BBEE strategy and compliance.


• Conduct gap analyses and assist with scorecard optimisation.


• Prepare verification documentation and liaise with verification agencies.


• Stay up to date with legislation and sector-specific charters.


• Deliver workshops and client training sessions.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of B-BBEE consulting or compliance experience.
