Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for Azure infrastructure, including handling and resolving support tickets within defined SLAsMonitor cloud environments and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issuesConfigure, maintain, and enhance monitoring and alerting systemsExecute infrastructure decommissioning activities following standard processes and compliance guidelinesGenerate and maintain support reports, audit logs, and user activity reportsEnsure system availability, performance, and security across Azure environmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement improvementsRequired Skills & Qualifications
