Azure Migration Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Azure migration projects from assessment through migration, validation, and transition to operations.

• Define migration strategies, wave planning, cutover approaches, and rollback procedures.

• Design and oversee Azure Landing Zone implementations aligned with security, governance, and compliance requirements.

• Provide technical leadership for Azure infrastructure, networking, identity, security, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.

• Conduct migration assessments, dependency mapping, workload sizing, and cost optimization exercises.

• Collaborate with architects, project managers, security teams, and application owners to ensure successful project execution.

• Establish governance standards, policies, naming conventions, tagging strategies, and operational best practices.
