Azure DBA (ID#5368)

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking Azure-focused DBAs with experience in PostgreSQL and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) database solutions. This role will support cloud-first initiatives, including migration, optimization, and ongoing operations of modern data platforms.

You will help drive adoption of cloud-native database services while ensuring security, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Support cloud migrations from on-prem to Azure
• Manage backup, recovery, and high availability configurations
• Monitor and optimize performance in PaaS environments
• Implement security and access controls
• Support incident management and operational activities

Requirements

• 5+ years of DBA experience, with strong Azure focus
• Hands‑on experience with Azure PostgreSQL and/or Azure SQL
