- Operate and continuously improve company's Azure- based SaaS platforms to meet SLAs and support growth.
- Maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure, including incident response and on-call participation.
- Improve reliability through monitoring, alerting, and proactive performance management.
- Work closely with engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes.

- Bachelor in Computer Science with 3 years experience in Azure cloud
