Job Title : AWS Data engineer who has Provisioned RedShift cluster management Required Skills : AWS Data engineer, Expertise on Provisioning redshift cluster management, SQL, with understanding on WLM (Workload Management) Location : Remote Joining period : Immediate joiners Duration : 6 Months extendable Years of experience : 6-9 years
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift specifically must have provisioned Cluster deployments.
- Strong expertise in Redshift internals such as distribution styles, sort keys, compression encodings, and query execution plan analysis using EXPLAIN. Proven experience executing large-scale data warehouse migrations with minimal or zero downtime.
- Must have deep understanding of Workload Management (WLM) configuration, including manual and automatic WLM, queue prioritization, concurrency scaling, and Short Query Acceleration (SQA). Ability to design and tune WLM queues to balance mixed workloads (ETL, ad-hoc analytics, BI report...
