About the Role
Overall Duties And Responsibilities
- Leads the CRM function, covering all aspects of direct marketing campaign development and execution, including precision marketing practices, customer lifecycle management, analytics and insight mining, and channel management.
- Collaborates closely with business stakeholders and leadership teams to align on priorities and strategic direction.
- Leads the continuous improvement of CRM processes, practices, tools, and skill sets to drive more effective campaign development, execution, and portfolio optimization.
- Champions the use of customer lifetime value as the north star for all company initiatives, CRM or otherwise.
