About the Role
The **Avionics Technician II** performs aircraft maintenance to include inspection, operational test, repair, modification and replacement of aircraft electrical/ avionics systems and components. Applies technical knowledge and skills to troubleshoot complex electrical / avionics discrepancies.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Use schematic diagrams, blueprint drawings, maintenance manuals and factory publications to operate, modify, test and repair aircraft electrical / avionics systems.
+ Utilize test equipment to include but not limited to digital volt / amp meter, transponder ramp tester, fuel quantity tester, ITT calibration test set, and other test equipment required in the troubleshooting, modification, and repair of avionics / electrical systems.
+ Use the T-6 Maintenance Manual, NATOPS and factory published manuals to operate and test respective aircraft avionics components.
+ Initiate and complete applicable maintenance forms in NALCOMIS OOMA/...
