Automotive Service Advisor (Quick Lube Sales) – High Earning Potential
We are hiring a sales-driven Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced quick lube team. This is a customer-facing sales role where you’ll recommend maintenance services, build trust, and maximize ticket value.
Pay & Benefits:
$800 to $1300 per week - earning potential.
Commission + bonuses (uncapped).
Weekly SPIFFs & performance incentives.
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and guide service recommendations.
Recommend oil changes, filters, and maintenance services.
Upsell ethically by educating customers.
Work with technicians to verify vehicle needs.
Deliver fast, friendly, professional service.
Requirements:
