About the Role

**Automotive / Diesel Technician**

+ Install and remove parts / components pertaining to medium and heavy duty trucks and trailers
+ Performs mechanical and electronic testing on components and systems, often for heavy vehicles, following specific protocols.
+ Key responsibilities include setting up and operating test equipment, documenting and analyzing data, performing basic maintenance on equipment, and collaborating with engineers to troubleshoot issues.


+ Operate basic lab equipment such as parts washer, power washer, truck hoist, trailer jack, in-ground scales
+ Work safely in compliance with Meritor safety guidelines.
+ Maintain orderly work area in accordance with Meritor standards.

**Job Requirements**

+ Associate Degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent is required.
+ Automotive / Truck / Trailer mechanical experience is required
