Responsibilities


  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories

  • Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals

  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty

  • Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM

  • Follow up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business

  • Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons
