Mills Auto Group is seeking a full-time Billing/Receivable Clerk to join our growing team in the Charlotte NC area. Applicant must demonstrate good administration, organizational skills and be a team player. Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions. Good computer skills and a working knowledge of CDK a plus. Automotive dealership experience is highly preferred. Basic Job Responsibilities

• Post vehicle sales for new and used car sales and ensure required paperwork is accurate.
• Issue trade payoffs (check or online/EFT).
• Submit all F&I product payable on timely basis.
• Process F&I product cancellations.
• Manage vehicle receivable, rebates, and inventory schedules.
