About the Role
**Automation Technician – Contract to Hire Opportunity**
**Location: Monroe, NC**
**Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 2-2-3 Schedule**
**Must be able to train on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) for 5 months Mon-Fri**
**Pay Rate: $35.50 per hour**

+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation and equipment reliability initiatives.
