Automation Engineer (1 year contract)

Objectives of the Position

BASF Shared Services Center Kuala Lumpur was established in 2005 to provide functional services in Finance, Controlling, Information Services, Human Resources, Environment, Health & Safety, Procurement, and Import-Export Order Management to BASF companies in the Asia-Pacific region. The center is part of BASF’s Global Business Services (GB) division, with three other sites in Berlin and Ludwigshafen in Germany and in Montevideo, Uruguay.

GB’s Global Technology Unit (GTU) is looking for an Automation Engineer with a technical background in automation technologies. The role works closely with GTU’s Global Business Enablement and solutions delivery teams to implement and support IT solutions for other units of the GB division globally.
