Responsibilities Monitor and drive dealers’ achievement of sales targets to support overall regional performance and revenue growth. 
Lead and execute localized sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and expand market share across the Visayas region. 
Collaborate closely with Service Managers to enhance workshop productivity, optimize parts inventory management, and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results.
