What you’ll be doing


  • Supporting children with Autism with daily classroom tasks. Provide support with communication, routines and engagement
  • Using visuals, sensory strategies and structured approaches that help pupils access learning
  • Offering reassurance during transitions or emotionally tricky moments
  • Working closely with teachers and therapists to provide stable, consistent support
  • Encouraging independence, confidence and positive social interactions
  • Celebrating progress in ways that feel meaningful to each pupil

  • Who we’re looking for


  • Experience with Autism is a bonus, but not essential
