Position: Aurora House Clinical Manager

Program: Aurora House
General Overniew: The Clinical Manager at Aurora House ensures a safe, trauma-informed environment for youth, families, and staff. Responsibilities include integrating the Trauma-Informed Restorative Approach, service planning, therapy, clinical supervision of staff, and collaboration with the Program Manager to meet OCFS, DSS, OMH, OSHA, and agency standards. The role also involves conflict resolution, maintaining program safety, and On-Call duties.
Qualifications: Licensed Master's-level Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or related) with an infraction-free NYS Driver's License. Requires experience with emotionally disturbed youth, family and individual counseling, and group facilitation.
