About the Role
Location: Queenstown
Work hours: Monday - Friday, office hours
- Conduct audiological assessments and upload results to EMR
- Interpret results and provide counseling to patients and caregivers
- Perform hearing aid evaluations and recommend suitable devices
- Fit hearing aids and guide patients on usage
- Troubleshoot devices and manage repairs/replacements
- Liaise with staff/vendors for equipment maintenance and consumables
- Monitor and maintain records of inventory and stocks
- Prepare reports and meeting minutes
- Supervise and train junior technicians
- Provide in-service training and stay updated on industry developments
- Participate in research activities
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Min. Degree/ Masters in Audiology or any relevant field
- Registered/certified audiologist is preferred
