ATTORNEY-ADVISER (GENERAL)

Summary The primary purpose of this position is to support the Staff Judge Advocate (SJA) as a senior attorney, providing legal advice and counsel for the most complex, often precedential, installation level cases in administrative law, claims, environmental law, contract law, labor law, and international law, to Headquarters, AFMC, AFLCMC, 88th Air Base Wing, Wright Patterson Air Force Base tenant units and Geographically Separated Units (GSUs). Responsibilities 1. As a senior attorney, advises Headquarters, AFMC, AFLCMC, and 88th Air Base Wing Commander, as well as subordinate, tenant unit, and GSU commanders and managers, on a host of general law matters. 2.
