Athletic Trainer — Full Time (46231) – Physician Practices Chattanooga, TN. This role focuses on delivering athletic training care in high school outreach and college settings in accordance with NATA standards and Tennessee and/or Georgia Athletic Training Practice Acts. Job Summary Responsible for delivery of Athletic Training Care in accordance with NATA standards as well as Tennessee and/or Georgia Athletic Training Practice Acts. The position is involved in a team-based approach to care. Team members are trained to meet the highest level of function for their role as per state guidelines. The trainer is trained and assigned to coordinate care for patients, support families and caregivers in self‐management, self‐efficacy, and behavior change, manage the practice's patient population, and participate in the practice's quality improvement process and performance evaluation.
