Athletic Development Coach

Exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Athletic Development Coach to join LEH from September 2026. We are seeking someone who will drive the athletic development strategy within the sports department, ensuring it is accessible for all pupils.

The successful candidate will aim to increase the provision of our current athletic development programme, teaching the value of strength and conditioning in a way that is both inspiring and engaging.

This is a permanent, part-time position working 20 hours per week from 12:00 – 5:00 pm / 1:00 – 6:00 pm, 4 days a week, 35 weeks per year (term-time plus 1 week), additional hours may be required in line with departmental requirements. Flexibility to the core working hours can be considered for the right candidate.
