About the Role
- This is a regional MEA role. The selected candidate may be based in UAE or any MEA location aligned with our entity footprint.
- At least 10 years (15 years is preferred) of experience being a sales professional in the aviation / aviation-linked industries such as air navigation services providers, air force / air defence entities, airports
- Experience with meeting sales targets and objectives consistently across years
- Demonstrable skills with forecasting and realistic sales capture plans
- Competent under pressure
- A hunter profile, not shy of travel (50% of the time in periods) and to directly engage with customers and partners to secure and win business for R&S
- An independent contributor that is able to prepare offers and quotations by self with support and guidance from relevant stakeholders
