DUTIES

Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Events Management, the Assistant Director of Events Management (ADOEM) manages a team of events managers and oversees all services pertaining to events planning and coordination for confirmed groups and events. The ADOEM will also handle high‑profile events which require senior level attention and management. He/she is responsible for team partnering with the Events Booking Centre to orchestrate all confirmed groups and events and ensure close communication and smooth events handovers between the two teams.
