We act for banks, NBFCs, developers and land aggregators on the due diligence of land, building and construction projects — the title and regulatory review that decides whether a project is safe to lend against, acquire and build. We're growing this practice in Hyderabad.
What you'll work on
• Title and ownership due diligence on land and built assets — tracing and verifying the chain of title
• Regulatory, approval and land-use diligence for building and construction projects
• Encumbrance, litigation and statutory searches affecting a property or project
• Reviewing and drafting acquisition and development documentation
• Preparing title search reports (TSRs) and consolidated due-diligence / red-flag reports with clear, actionable conditions
