Associate - Urban Designer

AECOMs Urbanism Planning studio are currently seeking an innovative and detailoriented Associate Urban Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our urban design department you will contribute to shaping the future of our rapidly growing city and region.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers and multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive urban design solutions
• Create conceptual designs master plans and detailed site plans for various urban development projects
• Assist in the preparation of design guidelines zoning regulations and urban design policies
• Lead urban design project deliverables in line with applicable planning authorities and client requirements. Ensure the compliance of deliverables with the scope of work and contracts.
