Associate Trainer - Operations (Bus Academy)

Develop, perform, and coach quality Bus Engineering / Operations technical training programs for all bus staff and external customers to ensure the workgroup is adequate and competently trained, enhance the capability in operating and maintaining bus assets, and generate revenue.

Key Accountabilities

• Organize and perform schedule, unscheduled technical and refresher training; providing technical guidance and hands‑on training as and when required to have only skilled and qualified competent personnel.
• Perform supervision, mentoring, coaching, and counseling in training in accordance with job specification requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.
• External Program: Plan, module design and development, implementation, and execution of the training program.
