About the Role
Associate / Senior Associate - Claims Processor
Processing General Insurance and Specialty Insurance Claims, including but not limited to, verifying claim documentation, evaluating claims eligibility, determining coverage parameters and calculating appropriate claims settlements.
Provide effective and efficient administrative support in all aspects of Specialty claims handling, in accordance with the agreed SLA.
Organize and control work efficiently, in compliance with business and regulatory (UK and others) requirements.
Stay updated with service standards, legal and regulatory requirements to perform claims activities.
Diligently monitor and follow up on unsettled claims with Underwriters and/or outstanding information from clients.
Participate in project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the department.
Proactively identify process gaps and provide solutions to the identified gaps.
