About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Legal Counsel to join our Investment Funds, Asset Management & Regulatory Practice. The role involves advising domestic and international fund managers, asset management companies, AIFs, private equity and venture capital funds, portfolio managers, and other financial institutions on fund formation, regulatory compliance, transactions, and operational matters.

This position offers significant exposure to complex fund structuring, regulatory advisory mandates, transaction execution, and direct interaction with clients, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
