Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Growth: Lead, grow, and manage the Strategic Consulting business in Singapore and SEA
Contribute to and execute the regional strategic plan
Identify and develop new revenue streams aligned to strategic priorities
Own delivery against revenue, margin, and budget targets
Evaluate and stresstest business investment decisions and ROI
Build and maintain a strong personal and organizational market brand
Client Leadership & Market Presence: Lead complex client engagements and act as senior trusted advisor
Design and deliver bespoke, evidencebased strategic solutions
Drive new business origination and crossservice collaboration
Build and maintain senior client and stakeholder relationships
Lead and support tenders, proposals, and client negotiations
Represent the business at industry and internal events
