About the Role

AM QA is responsible for ensuring Quality and Food Safety for the site. 
Responsibilities Ensure compliance to FSSC 22000 and customer requirements, well versed with Halal and Kosher requirements as well as customer audits like Yum!, McDonald's SQMS. 
To ensure quality of output through appropriate intervention, inspection and testing to pre-determined quality parameters. 
To design and install appropriate Quality Management Systems encompassing receipt and storage of RM/PM, in-process material, material handling, storage and dispatch of FG. 
To provide periodic feedback on vendors and suppliers to purchase manager for vendor upgradation and certification. 
To initiate and document process activity and flow including certification for GMP and customer requirements. 
To ensure integrity of quality analysis through appropriate training, instrumentation and testing protocols.
