  • Support Regional Key Account Manager in managing the assigned account and in leading sales activities

  • Find opportunities to expand the business

  • Conduct meetings/calls with customers to deal with issues, gather information, and manage customer relationship

  • Research or retrieve needed information and present an organized and clear report

  • Monitor customer sales performance and oversee project

  • Overlook project development progress from RFQ to commercial handover

  • Coordinate with other departments on any projects as required

  • Preparation for meetings/visits/audits

  • Regularly update and maintain Sales-related information files

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or similar fields

  • 5 years minimum work experience in B2B Sales and/or Key account management
