What is the opportunity?Product Controllers are the front-line finance function for Capital Market businesses. We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Product Control team, where you will manage and lead the team responsible for daily financial Profit and Loss (P&L) reporting, P&L decomposition, as well as accuracy of General Ledger for the Flow Rates Europe trading desk.If you have a passion for financial accuracy, product knowledge, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, this role is for you.** Please note: while this role is based in Toronto, it involves covering a UK-based desk working with a 7am start time **What you will do?

Oversee daily team reporting and production of desk P&L explained by a risk-based decomposition including the provision of commentaries.

Manage and mentor a team of co-op students, analysts, senior analysts and managers.
