What requirements you'll need to be eligible

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Development or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Strategic Workforce Planning, People Analytics, Workforce Insights, Organisational Design, and HR Business Partnering
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, including FTE forecasting, capability planning, and organisational structure optimisation
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Finance on workforce budgeting, cost modelling, and resource planning
  • Proven track record of collaborating across cross-functional and cultural boundaries
  • Strong expertise in workforce planning, workforce insights, and people analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions
