Associate Director, M&A

We are partnering with a leading international financial institution to hire an experienced M&A professional to join their Southeast Asia team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cross‑border strategic transactions across multiple sectors, with exposure to both deal origination and execution in a lean and dynamic environment.

• Support and execute M&A transactions from pitch through to completion
• Perform financial analysis, valuation, and modelling to assess potential opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of client materials, pitchbooks, and transaction documentation
• Participate in due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct industry, market, and company research to support strategic decision‑making
