Associate Director, Fixed Income Trader – iA Global Asset Management

The Vice President, Head of Global Trading seeks an experienced Fixed Income Trader to join the Montreal or Quebec City offices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute timely and reliable transactions in fixed‑income instruments and related derivatives (IRS, X‑CCY, swaptions).
• Support the trading team with order management and operational processes.
• Collaborate with the investment management team by sharing market insights.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Legal, and Operations departments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with counterparties to ensure optimal liquidity access.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior traders.
• Support improvements in trade processes, including pre‑ and post‑trade analytics and transaction cost analysis (TCA).
