The Financial Planning & Performance Lead is accountable for FP&A OPEX & CAPEX planning, and performance management across the organisation, owning the end-to-end execution of planning and reporting outputs across actuals, forecast, and budget, including workforce, direct and indirect expenditure. The role plays a central role in how financial planning operates across the organisation, ensuring that planning processes, governance, and outputs are consistent, reliable, and delivered effectively at scale.
