Associate Director - Data and AI Consulting

Reports to: VP Data Strategy & Governance

Experience: 7–10 years, with 5+ in consulting or advisory

Compensation: Base $110,000–$130,000 CAD + Sales Bonus (Total target $125,000 to $150,000), Performance Bonus, Wellness Coverage and generous PTO

Security Clearance: Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Government of Canada Reliability clearance (or higher). This is a condition of employment.
